An image-acquisition module captures high-definition images of the track, which the onboard control host analyzes and processes to achieve real-time dynamic detection of fasteners and rail surfaces. It quickly and effectively identifies abnormal states of fasteners and rails, automatically recording and providing information such as defect location and defect type, thereby effectively guiding maintenance departments to rapidly service track components.
