I. Overview

Mounted on an engineering inspection vehicle, the Track Beam Crack Detection System uses a high-speed line-scan camera to capture high-resolution images of the track beam and combines image algorithms to identify and detect cracks. The system integrates multiple position sensors to precisely locate the cracks.
