I. Overview

The system monitors, in real time, the temperature and vibration data of the bogie bearing system during vehicle operation, providing early warning and alarms for the temperature and vibration signals of key components, thereby improving the safety and reliability of critical running-gear parts during operation.

II. Key Functions

1. Uses structured-light detection to measure wear of running wheels / horizontal wheels / collector shoes;

2. Provides horizontal-wheel pressure detection and collector-shoe pressure detection;

3. Automatic vehicle-number recognition for high detection efficiency;

4. One-click automatic generation of detection reports with early-warning function;

5. Dedicated big-data software package: builds a database of running-gear parameters and analyzes and processes the detection data on that basis, enabling comprehensive quality assessment of monorail-train running gear.
