I. Overview

Mounted on an engineering inspection vehicle and equipped with high-speed 3D profile scanning equipment, the Contact Rail Condition Detection System measures geometric parameters of the monorail system’s contact rail such as profile, wear, offset, and tilt. It also integrates multiple sensors to dynamically detect contact-rail hard spots and collector-shoe status, and to precisely locate defects.

3. Continuously collects condition data and builds a historical database, using data trends to analyze and formulate maintenance strategies.
